They are currently looking for 2x enthusiastic graduates to join their PR desk as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. My client is a blue-chip company with a strong presence both in the UK and internationally. They are a global specialist recruitment consultancy for the Communications industry, operating in public relations, social media, events and marketing communications. Their success means they have received an unprecedented five consecutive nominations at the prestigious Recruiter Awards for Excellence in the category of 'Best Media Recruiter' culminating in winning the award itself in 2018 & 2019. At present they are recruiting on behalf of sixteen of the top twenty UK and international PR agencies, in addition to the in-house PR departments of many world renowned blue-chip companies. They are currently looking for 2x enthusiastic graduates to join their PR desk as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant - PR & Corporate Communications Central London £24k Benefits (1st year OTE £35k) As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to do the following to find the highest calibre of candidates in the Media communications industry: Cold call new businesses Build and maintain relationships with existing businesses Contact candidates looking for work Contact / headhunt candidates not actively looking for work Take job specifications from clients Close all your own deals Build your own desk. A confident and professional candidate will excel in this career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Regular team nights out and office competitions will encourage and motivate you further. Successful applicants must also have: - An outgoing character, suited to consulting, influencing and selling ideas - Career ambition and drive - Determination to succeed - Confidence and experience in making qualitative decisions - You must be a recent graduate (2016-2019) or have previous sales/recruitment experience.
