SME Coordinator - £30,000 - £35,000 If you are looking for a new role within an innovative, collaborative environment and looking to help revolutionise the transport of the future, this is the role for you. My client is looking for an SME Coordinator to assist the SME Development Team in assisting Start-ups to grow and develop in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include: - Delivery of key movements and projects that open the development of SMEs. - Working first-hand with innovative SMEs and other key stakeholders to gain economic and business growth including the incubation and acceleration of SMEs. - Organize communications and advertise the programme to ensure market resonance for the role of developing SMEs. - To be the first point of contact for all SME-focused communications and events, working directly with the Events and Marketing team to guarantee quality delivery of events. - Produce activities within the SME development programme that proves measurable economic impact and business development - collect SME impact data for this evidence. - Proactively improve existing processes. Required skills: - Proven experience of producing programmes of work that have obvious economic/business growth outcomes. - Strong communication, organisation and presentation skills with the ability to adapt messages for different groups. Desirable: - Clear experience in building for businesses involving acceleration and incubation of small businesses. - Events and multi-channel communications knowledge would be an advantage. - Understanding in expansion and securing of income and project-based work.
