Overview

This fabulous coffee company are looking for an area manager for their M4,M5 and M40 region. This would cover a number of key sites for them across the Bristol, Swindon, Oxford and Taunton area. With a package up to £50,000 plus company car, up to 20% annual bonus and fantastic development benefits. As area manager with this established brand you will be working closely with a newly appointed operations director in order to drive the success of this key region. You will also be given exposure to other areas of the business and the accountability of national projects. The business operate very much as a local coffee house where quality product and customer experience sit a top of their business agenda. They've got the financial backing from two larger companies which has given them the ability to expand at a rate of 10-12 new sites per year.
