We are pleased to be working closely with a boutique agency in the heart of London who are recruitment specialists in all thing’s events and marketing. This small business takes a consultative, personal approach due to their size and they have built close relationships with some impressive names in the creative industry. Their consultants have a background in this space which means they have expert sector knowledge and industry insight which sets them ahead of competitors. Due to demand and growth, our client is seeking an experienced professional with an understanding and knowledge of the marketing or events sector. You will have scope to build and grow your own 'mini-business’ in your own way, without micromanagement or relentless KPIs. This is a mature and flexible business with an open approach, where Directors will support and encourage your development. A lot of their business is local, so you will meet clients and candidates frequently to cement strong relationships. What experience is required? - At least 12 months 360 recruitment experience in the creative, marketing or events sector - You self-driven and can work in a mature way where you take responsibility of your workload without needing micromanagement - You have a consistent work history and strong billing record - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport via the phone and face to face What benefits are on offer? - Uncapped commission structure with a great earning potential - Work in a mature and flexible way with no micromanagement or KPIs - Access to external training courses and networking events to challenge you - A vibrant, fun close-knit team with regular social events - Generous holiday allowance - Work alongside the Directors who are supportive
