Through our operating brands, the Optionis group provides a range of services: Parasol is the leading provider of outsourced employment services to the UK’s contingent workforce, the staffing businesses who deal with them and the hirers who rely on their skills and knowledge ClearSky Contractor Accounting supports contractors and freelancers across the UK with affordable and reliable accountancy services ClearSky Business supports SMEs across the UK with simple and affordable accounting, tax, payroll and HR & Employment law services Marketing Manager Role The primary purpose of the Marketing Manager is to develop and launch a range of online and offline marketing activities across the Optionis Group, with the objective of developing succinct plans, messaging and routes/channels to market. Responsibilities ·Develop clear and costed marketing campaign plans, focusing on both tried and tested routes to market along with new initiatives, helping to ensure the brands hit target each month ·Responsible for planning and delivering marketing activity across the Optionis Group for both online and offline channels, including digital, paid for media, social media, direct mail, exhibitions and sales support ·Write compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of medias, including full page print adverts, supporting collateral, digital banners, brochures and email communications ·Manage creative and production process for marketing campaigns from concept to implementation whilst working with the wider Management team to review ·Write compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of medias, including full page print adverts, supporting collateral, digital banners, brochures and email communications ·Work closely with the Senior Sales team to understand requirements and lead on B2B activity to support the agency route to market ·Input and own elements of the marketing budget, ensuring any media spend delivers the required volume at the target CPA ·Develop and own quarterly campaign calendars for existing clients to monitor, action and share with the wider team for awareness ·Write clear and concise briefs for both internal and external stakeholders, including our Digital, SEO and Design teams and closely manage our suppliers, including Search, PR and Creative ·Support internal communication campaigns, including the monthly newsletter and launch of new initiatives ·Work with the Senior Marketing team in developing insights from the activity ·Manage 3 direct reports in the Marketing team Objectives: ·To deliver the Marketing plans alongside the wider management team for Parasol, ClearSky Contractor Accounting, First Freelance Nixon Williams, SJD Accountancy, Brian Alfred and Optionis ·To constantly be aware of each brands performance against monthly and annual targets, taking proactive steps where necessary ·To deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment ·To work with the Design team in ensuring a strong creative output is always produced at all times Skills: ·Demonstrates the ability to think strategically and develop multi-faceted, ROI focused communication plans ·Creative flair, with ability to produce leading campaigns geared toward the relevant audiences ·Strong knowledge of managing the creative process for new campaigns and projects covering a mix of brand awareness, lead generation and income generation ·A self-motivated individual who can adapt to different situations and satisfy all key stakeholders and third party providers ·Good working knowledge of online tools, such as Google Analytics ·Good grasp of a range of marketing and CRM tools including; Adobe Creative Suite, Eloqua and WordPress ·Strong copywriting skills with the ability to switch between brands and tones across multiple platforms ·Strong project and people management skills ·Ability to meet targets in a highly pressurised environment Benefits Package : An annual bonus is also applicable to this role Excellent career progression routes Private Healthcare The ability to buy and sell holidays No travel is required for this role Access to perk box and its unlimited range of benefits including a free Cafe Nero every month :) Free Lunch on a monthly basis Casual dress working policy An immediate start is available If you have the above desired skills and experience for this role please apply now We will be conducting interviews ASAP these can also be arranged via Skype
