Great new permanent role in Warrington Immediate start My client is a very well known & established business among their sector who are currently looking to extend their current team with a new Marketing Co-ordinator Do you have great attention to detail? Are you pro-active and able to jug a multitude of responsibilities at once whilst keeping within strict time frames? If so then this could be the role for you Job role includes; • Supporting the implementation of a three month rolling divisional marketing plan ensuring that all plans are maintained and kept up to date • Utilising group systems to book media and support in creating on and offline collateral according to group templates briefing, quotations, booking, and approvals • Liaise with agencies and suppliers ensuring that collateral is produced and media is booked according to timescales specified on marketing plan • Work alongside Marketing Manager to ensure all media and creative costings are input and maintained on rolling divisional marketing plan • Produce and manage all CRM and external supplier emails and SMS • Work alongside the Marketing Executive to help manage all development websites ensuring the content is regularly refreshed and Tone of Voice is on brand • Prepare a monthly CRM email and SMS performance analysis report to share with the team • Attend weekly and monthly marketing meetings contributing where necessary • Support the marketing manager to deliver best in class content on the divisional web pages and within the CRM email and SMS content • Commission new photography when necessary • Develop and maintain workflow links and relationships with key stakeholders i.e. Sales team, approved agencies, Regional Marketing Manager, Technical team • Conduct site visits and audits when required • Attend site launch events and site visits when required to support performance Ideal candidates ; A post-graduate Someone who is looking to get their first foot on the marketing ladder Please apply online now as role role wont be around for long
