Due to rapid growth of our business, we are looking for a Head of Trading to join our commercial team as part of our international growth plans: Reporting to and working closely with our CEO, we are recruiting for a Head of Trading focused on driving commercial growth, and fully responsible for the end-to-end Global trading activity: Shape and deliver the short, medium and long term sales plan utilising raw data and influencing over the wider business. Identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic and sales. Grow a team of Trading / Country Managers & Execs. Develop and execute the global trading & retail strategy focussed on sales growth and long term profitability. Monitor sales performance, drive promotional activity, own & create the retail calendar (Including GP, Conversion, Margins, AOV, Traffic etc. Ensure that all relevant stakeholders have accurate data which can directly, proactively and consistently inform decisions relating to maximising profitability and contributing to overall business strategy and growth Provide insight into the market and competitors, understanding the gaps, insight into price competitiveness and offering Develop a strong customer focus using simple and clear communication that allows the teams to focus on providing the very best customer experience. Working with key stakeholders across the business to nurture the healthy challenge which allows us to stretch our thinking for the customer, our brand and our team. THE PERSON A born and bred Trader / Retailer, you will offer expertise within the specified regions and have a solid track record of success driving growth. Results driven and target orientated, you will have: Strong commercial acumen (able to manage P&L) Excellent eye for detail Superb communication skills with the ability to extract, understand & deliver the sales growth agenda.
