Senior Insurance Account Handler - Sport, Leisure, Media and Entertainment £40,000 - £45,000 Basic - Plus Bonus & Benefits We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, reputable and forward thinking Insurance company. They are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Insurance Account Handler (Sport, Leisure, Media and Entertainment) to help fully support the Corporate Division Management Team, Business Development Executives and Account Executives in the key areas of account handling and broking of existing and new business to insurers. Duties: To contribute towards the Corporate team’s achievement of forecasts, plans, programmes and budgets. To maintain appropriate, regular contact with existing customers and ensure their insurance requirements continue to be met in line with service levels. To work closely with Account Executives and other Account Handlers where necessary, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Make certain that files, notes and other records are clear, complete, up to date and available to other staff standing during periods of absence, in order to maintain high levels of client service and accuracy of documentation. To cooperate and participate with other team members in ensuring that the smooth running of the office, and any housekeeping tasks, are fully accomplished. Requirements: At least 5 years’ experience including at least 2 years in Sport, Leisure, Entertainment and Film/Media sectors is essential. The principles, practices and legalities of most major classes of General Insurance. Knowledge of a wide range of Insurance products to include but not restricted to Commercial Combined, Fleet, Property Owners, Cyber, D&O, Employers and Public liability.
