Overview

Global company are looking for a Brand and Communications Manager to join their UK and Ireland Head Office team, based just outside Ascot. Development and implementation of a comprehensive overall marketing strategy working with International Head Office and Marketing Director, responsible for brand adaption, increasing brand awareness and implementation for the UK market. The jobholder serves as the local brand governance manager, ensuring the brand consistency in local customer touchpoints. Working with International Head Office and Marketing Director to develop an overall Brand Marketing strategy for the UK market, defining local needs and transferring and adapting central campaigns for activation across the UK. Work with agencies conducting the management of PR, Social and Event production. Manage events, exhibitions and work independently with external event and sponsorship partners Planning, creation and approval of brand marketing collateral, monitoring efficiency to determine best marketing practice and use of spend. Responsible for creating and updating corporate communications platforms and planning, including LinkedIn Ensuring all creative assets, content and tone of voice is aligned with the brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent brand identity locally. Development of partnerships with an aim to involve the company in key activations and communications, such as the industry awards and the inclusion of Advisors in PR and media coverage. Management of brand marketing budget in conjunction with Marketing Director, tracking, and reporting spend. Protecting and promoting the corporate brand ensuring consistent and positive messaging across corporate and consumer PR, crisis communications, social media, supporting financial PR and the delivery of group annual reports. Producing creative Marketing collateral. Co-ordination of online content and brand strategy management. Campaign planning and delivery knowledge. Candidate Specification:- 4 years experience in branding & marketing communication field B2C Marketing and Communications background - client-side or agency-side, with experience managing client accounts Understanding of PR, Journalism, Media relations and a ready-made network of useful contacts Strong written and verbal communication skills. Education in the area of business administration, marketing or a relevant field Strategic thinker with clear analytical mind and a team player Energetic, flexible and proactive personality who can understand and excel in the complexity of a matrix organizational environment Well-developed presentation, communication and interpersonal skills Language skills: fluency in English
