Stategic CRM Manager PERM North London - Watford £45,000 I am looking for a data-savvy CRM Manager, to join a successful marketing team, within an international retailer, just north of Central London. The company are going through an exciting period of growth and are in the process of developing their long-term CRM strategy across the business. As CRM Manager, you'll be working with their CRM Analyst and the Head of CRM, responsible for leading the customer communications planning and CRM strategy across the business. This role involves maximising the value in their large customer base, through technology, insight & data-driven acquisition and retention strategies. Naturally, they're customers are at the heart of everything they do, so you will get an opportunity to deliver multi-channel campaign projects and various other interesting tasks. I am looking for someone who has previous experience building and shaping CRM Acquisition strategies and understands customer journey mapping and how to utilise customer data to maximise their CRM metrics. Key Must Haves Experience leading and delivering CRM/Customer Strategy projects/data-driven Campaign projects Ideally UNICA experience, or another relevant CRM tool (Salesforce, Dynamics ) Data Savvy - Experience with planning, Segmentation, providing insights, Comfortable analysing situations and make recommendations. Knowledge around Lifecycle messaging and customer journey mapping.
