Overview

CRM Manager PERM North London £40-48k potential bonus I am looking for a data-savvy CRM Manager, to join a successful marketing team, within an international retailer, just north of Central London. The company are going through an exciting period of growth and are in the process of developing their customer journey strategy across the business. As CRM Manager, you'll be working closely with the Head of CRM leading the customer communications planning and CRM strategy across the business. This role involves maximising the value in their large customer base, through technology, insight & data-driven strategies. You will be building end to end customer journey roadmaps, helping to improve and modernise their current strategy, across one of their main divisions. I am looking for someone who has previous experience building and shaping CRM Acquisition strategies and customer journey roadmaps and how to utilise customer data to maximise their CRM metrics. You will also be working with different teams (including an external agency), discussing ways to enhance, develop and improve on the current process, so you'll need to be a confident communication and not shy away from making recommendations of challenging the status quo. Key Must Haves Experience building, shaping and delivering end to end customer journey strategy Experience utilising customer data from different touch-points in order to develop customer roadmaps/Lifecycle messages Data Savvy- Experience with planning, Segmentation, providing insights, Comfortable analysing situations and make recommendations Knowledge around Lifecycle messaging and email marketing would be a benefit Strong experience with marketing and data strategy Enjoy working as part of a team and taking the lead on projects For full details, please apply and contact me ASAP.
