Overview
Our client are a luxury outdoor furniture retailer that are looking for an E-commerce Manager to bring something fresh to their already thriving business. This is a new role that needs someone experienced to hit the ground running straight away. Role Responsibilities; Manage company e-commerce performance working closely within house as well as third party companies who provide a variety of services. Y Manage and/or monitor all aspects of the company website including but not limited to Error 404 Pages, page loads speeds, SEO, link building, AdWords management and analysis, analytics managements and analysis, exploring top landing pages, understanding customer flow, bounce rates, setting up customer funnels in order to increase conversion, monitoring new areas of the web and Being on top of new e-commerce technology, considering new plugins and extensions to improve customer experience, monitoring and reviewing customers heat maps. Develop strong commercial relationships with third party suppliers to ensure best results for the company. Ensure the functionality of the website and user experience is maintained, any bugs will need documenting and discussing with our developers for a speedy remedy Present the companies e-commerce performance to the Commercial Director and Managing Director on a weekly basis via professionally documented management reports Learn the companies top performing products, how stock levels look on a daily basis and what and when to promote heavily using a variety of tools built into the website. Set and communicate Adwords budgets with our advertising agents and hold weekly calls to review performance and make adjustments to campaigns. Discuss offers and promotions with our Directors and make presentations based on factual information, stock levels, profit margins, and a variety of internal factors. Role Requirements; Extremely high understanding of profit and loss, product margins and commercial sales experience. Minimum 10 years experience in e-commerce Management experience In depth knowledge of AdWords, analytics, understanding customers journeys Proven track record of improving e-commerce revenues and reasonable ROI Extremely computer literate Experience in delivering highly profitable email marketing campaigns. Salary: 40-50k DOE
