Job Title: National Lettings Marketing Manager Business: Property Services, multiple brands & territories across the UK Location: Manchester with some weekly travel nationwide Base Salary: £35k - £38k base salary depending upon experience Benefits: Including, car, pension, 25 days holiday (including 1 extra for your birthday) Focus of the role: A National Lettings Marketing Manager is required to work in collaboration with the Divisional MDs to design and deliver a marketing plan the includes the central strategy while supporting local needs of the business. You will have the support of a central design, digital and direct marketing team. This role would suit a proactive forward thinking selfstarter who has a lot of initiative and can work autonomously. You will enjoy travel, meeting people and developing strong working relationships. Job Description includes but not limited to: Design and deliver National marketing campaigns for multiple brands across various locations Brief creative and coordinate other support functions to execute well organised campaigns Analyse marketing reports against targets and KPIs to identify opportunities Build strong brand awareness campaigns that help position our brands with customers Execute lead generation activities to drive new business/landlords Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders across the UK Attend regular and monthly marketing and senior leadership team meetings. Contribute to the wider marketing team and group marketing strategy Assisting central communication of national campaigns and other marketing updates Skills & Backgrounds: Experience in driving lettings marketing campaigns or similar (regulated industry financial services etc.) Commercial mindset and ROI centric Understanding of large multisite organisations Open and collaborative communication style at all levels Confident to challenge and make recommendations. Able to travel across the Divisions and multi sites across the UK Excellent presentation skills
