SENIOR CRM EXECUTIVE CENTRAL LONDON £30,000 - £35,000 10% BONUS This is a fantastic opportunity to take on management responsibilities for this rapidly expanding tech company. You will play a pivotal role in delivering personalised customer comms and developing new approaches to marketing THE COMPANY This dynamic technology company is known for is suite of products that offer support across industries from investment to finance and property. With a market leading 100 million strong database and a platform operating on a B2B and B2C level CRM holds masses of untapped potential and they are looking to take personalised customer journeys to the next level. Currently overhauling their CRM platform Integrating multi-touchpoint approaches Vibrant fast paced culture THE ROLE Taking your skills in email marketing to the next level this role will challenge your skills and encompass all aspects of delivering and managing a fully integrated communications strategy. Along with management of a small team you will be: Developing and implementing new acquisition, retention and engagement campaigns Working with Senior Leadership to identify new areas for personalisation/automation Opening up new marketing channels including push and SMS Building tailored customer life cycles This is an exciting time of investment and growth and the company are eager to delve into understanding customer journeys in more depth and developing innovative acquisition and retention strategies. YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIENCE The successful Senior CRM Executive will have: Experience delivering large scale email marketing Worked with a CRM/ESP platform such as Responsys, MailChimp, Salesfore or similar Management experience or a desire to move into a management role Great communication skills A degree or higher at 2:1 or above in a relevant subject BENEFITS A salary up to £35,000 dependant on experience Bonus up to 10% Great pension 25 days holiday birthday off buy up to 5 more Medical Insurance £40 coffee voucher every month HOW TO APPLY Please click the link on this page or email for more details
