Overview
A highly successful local company is expanding and is looking for an experienced Data Analyst in a 12 month fixed term role. There is a salary of up to GBP24,000, free parking, pension scheme, healthcare, discounted gym membership and excellent working conditions. About the role: Working in a new role to help set up anew reporting function, you will be assisting with performance analysis by producing reports. Duties will include: Producing performance analysis reports in line with schedules Assisting with budget preparation Assisting with segmenting customer and prospects data Liaising with mailing houses for any mailings Assisting with the interrogation of customer services including behavioural surveys, feedback questionnaires and retail marketing surveys/information Producing call monitoring KPIs Producing competitor analysis research and data Conducting price comparison exercises Conducting price and product analysis across price comparison websites Assisting products to the company website and creating online assets Creating detailed business development and prospect data to be issued to sales personnel for prospecting Skills and Experience Required: The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a similar Data Analyst role. Advanced skills in Excel along with strong skills in SQL. You will be highly numerate, ideally with a strong maths qualification and have an excellent eye for detail. You will be able to commit to a 12 month contract.
