Email Marketing Manager Clapham - London £34,000 Proven experience owning email marketing and segmentation plans, including the end-to-end processes. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce the email marketing manager will be driven by success and take full strategic responsibility of all Email campaigns. Experience using more than one technical ESP system solid expertise, perhaps having been through an upgrade from Mail Chimp to something bigger In charge of new growth revenues, analyse data and make recommendations & implement strategy plans across key markets Focus on customer retention and driving repeat business , c onvert online customers through strong onsite merchandising and compelling offers. Continuously engage customers via loyalty programmes Experience of more than one ESP, dotmailer/dotdigital mailchimp etc Work with Marketing and Merchandising Managers to agree campaigns and build a strong marketing and promotions calendar. Manage online trading calendars for all websites Manage B2C and B2B customer loyalty programmes CRM strategy and manage an email marketing programme across different customer bases Ability to translate data analysis into insights and actions to optimise performance Can hold "your own" with the company Directors and communicates well Full job description available
