How you expect the candidate to spend their day: You’re not out spotting the next big artist but you are using your amazing networking skills to source the best talent for our Music, Entertainment & Media clients. You could be looking for a PA to a celebrity, finance manager for a music company, team assistant, booker, studio manager or marketing manager. This is the role; Search - finding those great candidates via referrals, recommendations, job boards, social media platforms and good old fashioned adverts Selection - telephone screening, 1-1 detailed interviews getting under the skin of any potential candidate and ensure a great variety of talent is constantly coming through the doors. Managing - briefing on those dream roles, gathering information, recording data, finessingCV’s with candidates, building individual profiles to sell your candidates, interview preparation, feedback and offering the job Relationships - Talking campaigns/ releases/ new technology advances/ industry politics, you’ll be building your knowledge and learning from others every day. Also You will develop brand-YOU across all social media channels and become to go-to person for candidates hoping to work with the prestigious brands you represent. You will get involved in other projects e.g. digital marketing, event management, diversity & inclusion and will enjoy the variety. You will be juggling multiple tasks throughout the day and will thrive on the pace and energy. You will become a master of CRM database Is this you? Are you a master with time management? It’s a tough and busy role and on top of all this, you’re managing a massive influx of queries, calls, applications, Strong desire to succeed - proven track record of success in a sales or busy office environment.
