Title: Account Manager - CRM Type: permanent Rate: £28,000 - 35,000 Location: London A leading CRM, Digital and Data-Marketing agency are looking for a driven Account Manager to sit within their client services team, working with leading clients. Summary: Sitting within the Client Services team of a leading Agency, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong relationships and being an important member of the team. As Account Manager, you will best tasked with managing key accounts, building relationships with clients, in order to understand their current strategies, challenges and business needs. You will work with internal agency/client teams (including Creative, Digital, Strategy, CRM, Insight and Campaign Ops) teams to help build, shape and deliver relevant solutions/ programmes, which meet the clients expectations and budgets, while leading with the project process, making sure everyone's working in tangent and delivered on time etc. As Account Manager, you will have an opportunity to work with fantastic brands, gain a deeper insight into fast paced agency world, while growing your career within a leading business within the world of digital and data. This role is based in Central London and paying up to 28,000- 35,000 potential bonus and benefits Key Skills/ Attributes Ideally, 3 years’ experience within a data-driven marketing/ digital environment Agency-side experience would be an advantage, or working within a fast-paced environment Experience of building and maintaining client/stakeholder relationships/ projects An decent understanding of email best practices, tools and processes A logical and strategic thinker Loves CRM, Digital and data Ideally, a relevant degree within marketing, mathematics, economics etc For full details, please apply ASAP.
