Title: Senior Account Manager - CRM Type: permanent Rate: £45,000-£55,000 Location: London Summary: A leading Data-driven & CRM Marketing agency are looking for a CRM savvy Senior Account Manager to manage a major account and build the relationship moving forward. We are looking for an Account Manager to join their busy and driven team, working on a key client account and reporting into Group Account Director/Client Services Director. You will be an influential member or the team and will be the main point of contact for the client, other agencies and internally within the businesses subject matter teams (including - Analytics, CRM, Campaign Oporations, Strategy and Digital). This is an important role which comes with autonomy and proactivity. You will have confident self-starter who can make informed decisions. This position would suit somebody from an agency background. It is imperative that the right candidate understands databases and data driven marketing, along with campaign delivery and managing end to end CRM programs, along with the management of client expectations within a reasonable timeframe. Skills and Experience: Account Management - able to face-off to clients, understand requirements and turn these into briefs for teams within the agency Experience of working with stakeholders and helping to think of marketing strategies that will drive customer value and engagement Able to understand the processes and principles of CRM and Digital marketing campaigns/ Solutions KEY WORDS: Email Marketing/ Account Manager/ CRM/ Data-Driven
