Overview
Senior Insight Analyst London Up to £50,000 Harnham are partnered with a high growth travel company who are seeking a Senior Insight Analyst to work on their multiple customer insight and marketing analytics project. You will sit in a highly advanced insights function and use R and SQL to analyse large datasets. You will work cross functionally with marketing, commercial and finance and present insights to help increase business output, attract and retain customers and improve operations. You will be a key part of strategic decision making and you will use your analysis skills to tell stories with data and work with the C-Suite. Your analysis will have a major effect on this rapidly growing brand. You will work on huge datasets with millions of customers within one of the best travel brands in London. Senior Insight Analyst Working in a highly advanced analytics function and perform deep dive analytics Use R for data manipulation and automation You will use SQL to analyse large datasets with millions of rows Assess the impact of loyalty schemes and promotional analytics and develop new strategies alongside the C-Suite Work cross functionally with marketing, data science and finance teams to help drive analytics and insight based decisions Work on customer acquisition and customer retention projects You will be a part of advanced analytics work too e.g. modelling and personalisation You don't have to tick all of the boxes but some of the following would be relevant: You will have commercial experience in R - manipulation and automation You will ideally have had exposure to retention and acquisition strategies You will have experience within customer insight and marketing functions Ideally you will have experience analysing customer, transactional and/or online data Salary and Benefits The successful candidate can expect to earn up to £50,000 There is also an extensive list of benefits and perks
