Overview

As Account Executive you will have accountability for the end-to-end delivery of specific projects across the agency (digital, print, marketing) and support across all client accounts. You will be working closely with the Senior Account Director and CEO while reporting directly to the Production Director/Senior Account Director. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Client Projects Manage multiple client engagements in fast-paced environment Ongoing proactive client dialogue and communication to keep clients informed and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget Manage the internal ILN resource team to effectively communicate client needs and ensure they are aware of requirements and schedule using workflow schedule Quality control and checking of work before it is sent to clients - with input from Ads Advise senior team of any up-sell or cross-sell opportunities with clients Head off potential problems before they happen, and escalate when necessary Hands-on, delivery-based approach for client deliverables - keep track of what needs to be done and ensure is done Ensure ILN Workflow Planner is up to date and issue weekly Keep the client services team appraised of relevant activity/developments and highlight any challenges you foresee Schedule, prepare and manage client meetings including issuing contact reports and schedules. Ensure action points from meetings are actioned/briefed in internally Advise Account Directors on any costs etc for billing schedules and any points that may impact invoicing LinkedIn for client accounts; assist with PR database management Event management where needed - logistics/ events/guest lists/ client liaison etc Production Responsibilities Calling in advertising copy for publications Checking ads against specification and uploading Uploading pages to Emagine for client review Sending pages to repro, Filing/handing of cromalins Support in the management of translated titles Create, update flat plans and updates relevant team members when appropriate Sending pages to printer Upload content to websites when required Support in the development and design/update of media packs and ad hoc simple design work Other responsibilities Support the CEO in new business activity when required and suggest opportunities Support with presentations and add creative flair (PPT, maybe Keynote etc) Support on some general office duties (stationery ordering, franking, book meeting rooms, book couriers, travel bookings etc) Support to our ad sales team - a willingness to pitch in Training and Objectives Understand client goals and make suggestions. Learn to prepare budget sheets and Project Approval Forms (PAFs) for review and approval by the Production Director / Senior Account Director / CEO Digital marketing fast Track Course Excel proficiency Drive internal processes and introduce ways of working improvements What’s needed Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering the best job we can "get it right first time" and on time Flexible, respond quickly to requests Organised - if one job takes priority make sure you get back to the ones underway Communication skills Show ownership and commitment to projects Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage time effectively Energetic, can-do, ability to champion ILN values Not afraid to delve into the unknown and ask for help when needed Commercially minded -on top of financial admin KPIs Delivery of client work on time and on budget Internal workflow scheduled followed and adhered to by delivery team, or any variances managed Contact reports within 48 hours
