Overview

My client is a long-established, multi award-winning healthcare / medical Marketign Agency, working across both traditional and digital creative areas. The Agency is focused on delighting their global healthcare clients as well as creating a stimulating and enjoyable place to work. Their client list comprises blue chip pharma companies, many of whom they have enjoyed long standing relationships with both on a local and global level. They aim to make a meaningful difference to both their clients businesses and patients lives. ROLE To lead the strategic development of the brand/s to deliver engaging and creative work for clients. To build strong partnerships with clients and deliver leadership for the team. EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE Required: · RX or Consumer Health advertising experience. · Experience of working within a multi-national company, able to quickly pick up and follow systems and processes. · Demonstrable experience of building multi-layered client relationships and growing global brands. · Proven delivery of print and digital brand campaigns. · Leadership skills, able to build, mentor and develop high performing teams. · Cross medium creative awareness and understanding of new technologies. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE · At least Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline · Gravitas, intelligence, a strong work ethic and desire to be the best in a competitive environment. Passionate about the healthcare sector and delivering high quality creative work. Also to be fully in touch with developments and trends. · Currently working at AM/ SAM or AD level within a healthcare advertising agency with a significant budget responsibility · Experience in leading and inspiring a team of account handlers If this role is of interest press apply now
