Overview

National Account Manager Salary: Market Competitive 20% Bonus & Company Car Nationwide role - Ideally commutable to Marlow, Bucks. Key Responsibilities: Brand Building: Form a close relationship with the Marketing Team to develop the brand strategy and expand Brand recognition within the respective channel Convey a consistent brand message in line with the overall brand strategy Product Development: Work closely with the product team to identify and develop product opportunities in line with channel requirements To liaise with European product teams to secure a united product development approach Business development: Build and implement a solid & workable business plan in conjunction with the Head of National Accounts Prepare a brand plan annually with anticipated channel growth Explore other opportunities to further grow the account and drive the Brand within the account Work closely with the Brand Manager, to develop & advance the brand into the channel Account Responsibilities: Maintain and develop relationships across all levels within the respective channel Maintain annual business plans at account level in conjunction with the corporate strategy Overall P&L responsibility from gross turnover to operating income Maximize turnover and profitability to achieve overall company targets Identify new opportunities for business growth within the account through strategic product range development and promotional planning to achieve turnover and profit targets What we can offer you: Market Competitive salary 20% Bonus of basic salary Company car Pension scheme Healthcare scheme
