At the bottom of this role advert, you’ll find more information on why you’ll enjoy working with us… Job Description • Assist with the preparation of proposals and presentations. • Issuing draft agreements, negotiating when necessary. • File, archive and manage all project related information efficiently. • Handle incoming enquiries where possible, when the BD Manager is not present. • Ensure Finance are advised of new 'live’ business in a timely manner. • Maintain the business pipeline for past/present/future opportunities and ensure Salesforce (CRM) is kept up to date. • Prepare weekly report and departmental reports. • Arrange weekly/monthly team meetings and prepare any necessary documentation, minute taking and actions follow up. • Assist with travel arrangements and organisation of meetings. • Undertake ad-hoc market research. • Liaison with the marketing team regarding materials and campaigns. • Management of Ad-hoc tasks for BD Director and other senior members of the Business Development team. • Prepare all relevant monthly reports and MI for both IPO and M&A new business development team.
