A Head of Creative Development job in the centre of Edinburgh. Due to a period of market growth, a Head of Creative Development is needed for the UK business. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting and expanding company. Your new role You will be the main creative and design influence across the business. You will be setting the direction of creative projects from their inception to delivery. You will be identifying opportunities, enhancement and technologies to ensure the organisation's product base is consistently evolving. You will be managing a large team of creatives and reporting directly to the COO, in your challenging but highly rewarding role. What you'll need to succeed You will have demonstrable experience in a creative management role and have project management and stakeholder management skills. You are a creative 'out the box' thinker, with strong leadership skills and an eye for detail. Experience within the hospitality or e-learning industry is beneficial.
