About the role Step into this exciting and rewarding role that Anchor Hanover is now offering as a Regional Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join this prestigious retirement company that specialises in the busy and rapidly growing retirement sector. We are looking for a highly motived Regional Sales Manager who is looking for a challenging and rewarding position. You must have an excellent personal record of selling New Homes, it is essential you are well spoken, have immaculate presentation and possess excellent communication skills when dealing with clients, vendors and stakeholders. You will be managing the sales team at one of our prestigious new developments and reporting to the Sales Director. A key part of the role is building relationships with prospective purchasers to convert into reservation. Once a reservation has been confirmed, ensuring the purchaser is taken through the sales journey to moving into the development. We have an extensive support team, sales progressor, marketing and digital team. You will have proven success in sales, preferably experience in New Homes/Residential estate agents to the level of Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager. (within the retirement sector is advantageous). You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and have an awareness of the range of Anchor services with the understanding of confidentiality and data protections within a care setting. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and target driven with the ability to negotiate and influence, have the ability to respond confidently to questions and understand requirements to deal with enquiries, contractors and colleagues. You must be able to adapt our communication style appropriately and have strong interpersonal skills as well as being computer and technology literate, ideally with experience in Managing CRM and Social Media channels. To help you to excel in the role, you will be provided with a comprehensive induction plan and ongoing development opportunities. This role is initially a FTC contract, this will be extended until the development is sold out.
