Overview

L&D Coordinator We're looking for a talented, enthusiastic and motivated Learning & Development Coordinator to join us here at reed.co.uk. Successful candidates will have a passion for learning, with great attention to detail and organisational skills. With a natural ability to communicate at all levels, you will play a pivotal role within the team. This role will be highly visible, managing supplier relationships and as a key point of contact for newcomers to the business. In short, your interpersonal skills will be the best; you will drive our Purpose of 'improving lives through work' and inspire others to do the same. What you’ll do As the first point of contact for all L&D queries, you will monitor the L&D shared inbox and triage queries as appropriate Coordinate our Induction programme periodically, being one of the first faces of reed.co.uk that our new recruits will see Coordinate our Apprenticeships, you will manage supplier relationships and internal customers Liaise with training providers, supporting our external training and professional qualification offering Administer our LMS system and co-ordinate all e-learning Report on and evaluate all learning interventions across the business About you Strong attention to detail Highly organised with exceptional time management and ability to prioritise Initiative, ability to pick up tasks and take on more responsibility where needed An engaging, confident and effective communicator Systems Skills Knowledge of g-suite, docebo or SLACK will be advantageous What can we offer you?
