Quality & Compliance Manager, £40,000, Bournemouth COVID-19 Whilst we are still working on this vacancy for our client there are likely to be disruptions during the selection process because of the government's lockdown related to the Coronavirus. Here's more about this particular role… Purpose In this important Quality & Compliance Manager position, you'll own the compliance and quality function for this leading global retailer as they develop their own brand. From the company's Head Office in Bournemouth you'll provide specialist advice and work with oversea suppliers to ensure new products are fully compliant and fit for purpose . Responsibilities As Quality & Compliance Manager , you'll manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control You'll validate compliance reports and ensure Product Technical Files are within budget You'll identify quality/environmental risks and provide solutions You'll advise on misleading product information and warning/legal notices for new products You'll manage Quality teams in Hong Kong and India to deliver best practice documentation and product compliance Background You'll have relevant retail/manufacturing/importing experience Quality and continuous improvement are what you stand for You'll be hands-on with an eye for detail You'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills You'll have a full UK Driving Licence and be flexible to travel internationally Employer Rubicon Recruitment's client is a recognised retail brand specialising in developing eye-catching and creative products throughout the UK and Europe.
