Overview

We are looking for an experienced Care Quality Manager to oversee quality and continuous improvement for a nationally recognised luxury care provider. Working with a number of homes across the South of England, you will work as part of an operational support team to deliver and implement exceptional care standards. As a Care Quality Manager, you will manage and coordinate quality improvement systems through a variety of audits and annual inspection processes to drive high quality service provision. You will have the ability to lead a focus on quality and continuous improvement activity, identifying training needs and implementing effective key staff induction, development, recruitment and retention. Requirements for the Care Quality Manager include: Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC PIN Previous experience of management in a Care Home or similar setting Experience of care legislation, regulation and best practice Knowledge and experience of care legislation, regulation and best practice Multi-site experience Full driving licence - travel is essential between sites across the South West Ability to coach and influence managers/senior staff Strong understanding of Quality, Governance and Assurance Currently working as Operations Manager, Home Manager, Regional Support, Regional Director, Clinical Director or Director of Care Benefit package for the Care Quality Manager include: Salary up to £75,000p/a Excellent private pension contributions Travel/accomodation expenses paid 33 days holiday Bespoke development pathways into senior director appointments Working for a large, blue chip company with excellent development opportunities If you would like to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Care Quality Manager, please click APPLY or call Sam for further information on 020 3854 9997 .
