Wanting the step up in billings, seniority, complexity and scope of market place - read on We have no internal talent to develop towards this desk as they are too busy attacking there own markets successfully with £20k being an average month for them at present. The desk we have to offer is senior level, six figure salaries with large fees; sounds good I am sure but we will need a combination of skills and attitude for this desk to work for you. We anticipate it will be £30 - 40k/month desk quite quickly with the market we have identified, mapped, and begun to engage. What are we looking for from you - positive attitude, commercial maturity, a full cycle 360 consulting skill set, business development will be part of the job without question, great commication skills, excellent written english and a good sense of humour. You don't need 10 years plus to do senior level work, why? Well we will also offer you globally recognised training and coaching to get you up to the required skill level, we really are going interview for this role based on development potential rather than experience gained already so if you have 12 months or 12 years of expeience we will consider your application.
