BIRMINGHAM CITY CENTRE | 18 | ASAP VP Birmingham are brand new and we're looking for Marketing Assistants who have a passion for Retail, Customer Service, Marketing, Promotions and Public Relations. This is not a stuffy, corporate role - though we are serious about business and success we like to have a laugh at the same time As we provide full in-house training, this position is ideal for recent graduates or even college leavers looking to get their foot on the professional ladder Product training is also provided for candidates from all backgrounds as we believe personality and a willingness to learn is the key to success As a Marketing Assistant, you will put your customer service skills to use every day, by explaining the benefits of our client’s services to their targeted audience. You will also learn to answer customers' queries, handle objections and complete new customer registrations during face to face presentations. When interacting with existing customers, you will provide excellent customer service and direction whenever possible. We build Events campaigns to interact with new and existing clients. We put on different size events, from retail and kiosk to national trade shows. We act as a complement to our client’s traditional forms of mass media marketing with a direct approach that produces new, profitable customers daily. As a result of our continuous efforts, our clients experience increased market share and, more importantly, increased revenue.
