Overview

A unique opportunity for an Executive or Manager level to join an award-winning, family led premium beauty brand. This global brand is well known for it's cutting edge science and ingredients across skincare, makeup, fragrance and haircare. The Customer Engagement Executive role is a hybrid combination of Trade Marketing, Retail Management, CRM & Loyalty, and Events (National, bespoke and in-store). Familiarity with the sales and retail scape from a regional sales management perspetive would also be fitting. Responsibilities : EVENTS Yearly planning of bespoke, innovative events for UK market and flagship stores with Marketing Manager along with in-store events, masterclasses, workshops and bespoke events with area managers Manage POS, sampling requirements, forecasting collateral or other social assets required Post-campaign analysis and reporting to Marketing Director and MD (confident in communicating) CRM & LOYALTY PROGRAM Develop communication and engagement plan for emails/ emailer highlights, launches, events etc Liaise with E-commerce and global team to ensure all emails are aligned (Offline and Direct Mailers) Work closely with the retailers and Marketing Manager to seize relevant Customer Engagement opportunities and targeted campaigns to brand objectives Measure ROI using KPI's, report on CRM campaign results and optimisation (open rates, CTR, Engagement, ARPU, GW etc Liase with global for IT support, training and set up for manging company Loyalty programm (SMILE) Manage database and stores to ensure up to date, continuously feeding back improvements and reports Drive engagement and conversion, and managing ambassadors/ training RETAIL Key Account: Oversee Brand Ambassadors for one specific key retailer- motivating and reporting sales figures Create tailored events plan and other bespoke tools for customer engagement within this retailer The candidate: 3-5 years experience and exposure to Events/ CRM/ Retail and Customer Engagement- ideally within beauty or other premium Retail/Consumer brand Knowledge of SELLIGENT and data capture programm preferable Must enjoy a fast paced and agile environment (SME) where you will be hands on and have autonomy Able to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively with other teams Creative, Proactive, self-starter with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Unrivaled mentorship by highly respected and experienced industry leaders in Marketing and Beauty Career progression and development opportunities with lots of exposure to global key stakeholders Central/ West London location Client is moving quickly so please be prepared to interview ASAP.
