Overview
The permanent division of Macildowie Marketing are working exclusively with a market leading organisation who operate nationally across the UK to recruit for a Head of Marketing. The position will be based acrossBromsgrove and Milton Keynes and will require travel across the UK when required. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for: - Implementing a delivering a company wide marketing strategy which will improve the organisations digital and offline footprint. - Leading and managing all marketing activities ensuring compliance to company costing structures, reporting frequently on efficiencies and return on investment to board members. - Working with and managing both external third party agencies and internal marketing colleagues to drive marketing objectives - Management of all marketing tools and resources ensuring they are utilised - Creating and publishing all marketing materials alongside key stakeholders and marketing individuals - Taking a lead on all aspects of corporate identity and brand management - Developing a marketing plan to support and increase brand awareness - Lead and synchronise social media marketing to marketing strategy and plans - Ensure that the group has a consistent message and branding across all marketing platforms -Measure and report on all marketing campaigns - Manage the companies PPC process including third party relationships - Ad hoc duties when required The ideal candidate will: - Have worked in a similar position previously with management experience - Have a strong understanding of digital and social media platforms - Ideally have experience of managing website and organisational re-branding - Have a strong level of commercial acumen and understand how to drive profitability from a successful marketing campaign - Have experience of working with numerous stakeholder's - Ideally have worked within a national operation - Be willing to commute across the UK most namely Bromsgrove and Milton Keynes - Have a flexible approach to work The Business: The organisation are a market leading organisation who operate from 30 sites nationwide and within a niche market.
