Overview
This marketing leading brand with a unique product offering, has a new and exciting opportunity for a Head of Proposition and Business Change. Working alongside the Director of Partnerships, the role is to manage a team of 8 direct reports and take responsibility for managing, overseeing and implementing all agreed projects, systems and business requirements for new and existing partnerships. This includes leading on proposition management, product development and pricing along with carrying out the required implementation. Head of Proposition & Business Change - Key Responsibilities Demonstration of a wider strategic market view, bringing ideas to the Director of Partnerships and where agreed being responsible for driving and managing change Lead the development of new products including proposition, systems, processes and implementation Be responsible for the implementation of any required changes to existing processes, systems, IT systems, products, pricing, etc. Ensure all propositions remain competitive within the market and continue to meet customer needs Responsible for writing and developing proposition papers and presentations as required in a professional and accurate manner with absolute grammatical accuracy Lead the continual review, improvement and development of the business processes and procedures for all propositions Own the project and business change 'slate’, ensuring that all project management processes are followed and all projects remain on track for delivery Manage and oversee the work of the partner project team and the administration team Be responsible for overseeing the control of products and all relevant documentation. Head of Proposition & Business Change - Person Profile Significant experience of business operations and driving and managing change across specific areas of the business Significant knowledge of Marketing, Proposition Development and Project Management Significant knowledge of the Financial Services market place and the roles played by product suppliers and corporate partners would be advantageous Experience of working closely with a technical IT department, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa Proven experience of process review and improvement Ability to write professional documents and business cases that are compelling and with absolute grammatical accuracy Very strong commercial acumen with a detailed understanding of financial metrics and a proven ability to use excel to model and understand outcomes Ideally graduate level and/or professional sales or marketing qualifications.
