Overview
The Organisation Our client is a leading B2Bbased in the West Midlands. Through impressive growth, they re now in a position to bolster their commercial team by bringing in a Marketing Manager to head up all company communications. The Role This role will utilise all facets of marketing with a partcular focus on digital. Reporting directly in to the Managing Director, the Marketing Manager will take ownership of, develop and implement the organisation's marketing strategy across all both traditional and digital channels. You will take the lead on the organisation's brand management and corporate identity, as well as overseeing alll daily marketing activities and campaigns to ensure outstanding return on investment. You will also have the commercial acumen to spot opportunities to expand on the organisation's current service offering and deliver these to the business through excellent internal communications. You will own the marketing budget and will use your creative flair to deliver best in class marketing, accompanied by a suite of management information reports to show success. There are many projects to get involved in as well as take the lead, and you'll own the organisation's web site (and content) and social channels and use them to promote the business, as well as producing marketing collateral to support the sales teams and trade events. The Person Alongside a degree edutation of equivalent vocational quialification, the successful applicant for this role will: have experience of working within a similar role in a B2B environment be adept at using design software (ideally from the Adobe suite) have a creative mindset be able to work across traditional marketing and digital media have a strong understanding of CRM and social media be a strong communicator with an excellent work ethic
