Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager Circa £40k per annum Smethwick Permanent Our client is looking for a forward thinking and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead their current team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to extend their existing skills or even take that step up the ladder to a Management role. Creativity is essential and successful applicants will have a creative flair alongside the ability to demonstrate / evidence creative projects they have been involved in previously. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement our clients marketing strategy in line with company objectives Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities Oversee all daily marketing activities & ongoing campaigns in line with agreed marketing plan and KPI's Overall responsibility for the client's brand management and corporate identity Identify potential marketing opportunities client's across service offering and present ideas to the Managing Director or relevant staff members Monitor and produce reports on marketing activities and their effectiveness to be presented at monthly management meetings Maintain effective internal communications in order that relevant staff members are aware of marketing activities Create a multitude of marketing materials for use across the business Overseeing the marketing department budget Key Attributes/Experience: Degree or relevant qualification in marketing or social media Experience of working with design software, ideally Adobe Creative Cloud, is essential Creativity is a must (evidence to be provided on application) Highly self-motivated and strong work ethic Well balanced & meticulous attention to detail If you feel you have the necessary skills, experience and ability please don't hesitate to apply.
