Overview

Our client is a global luxury brand who are seeking an experienced Social Media manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking company that believes in cultivating talent and passion. This role will suit a dynamic, creative and entrepreneurial person targeting millennials and gen Z. Duties will include: • Social media strategy - responsible for channel planning, scheduling platforms and a process for improving performance on an ongoing basis including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Youtube. • Growth - responsible for managing paid social activity, Briefing and manage external agencies as required. • Copywriting and content - responsible for social copywriting across all channels. • Measurement - gather and curate results of social media campaigns, providing evaluation and analytics for future campaigns. • Customer services - work with CS team to join conversations and advise on their social interactions. Feed insights into the Brand Team to inspire and advise on initiatives. • Creative - working with Visual team. Responsible for mood boarding and creative research across relevant Instagram accounts. • External relationships - building strong relationships with external partners and people of influence ensuring the brand name and reputation is held in good esteem. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, working across both brand and commercial based social media • Experience working in a premium / luxury consumer environment (Essential) • Exceptional writing style and creative flair exemplified through proven track record of implementing successful and innovative marketing campaigns • Must have a good interest and knowledge of popular culture, fashion, arts, creative trends, news, interesting industry people, • A keen photographic eye for shoot from the hip capture and editing customer experience videos (basic social media capture skills) In return you will be a part of a fast-moving industry and growing organisation with excellent benefits and a fun, hard working environment where collaboration is encouraged.
