Overview

Central Employment are delighted to be working alongside a online retailer/ecommerce organisation, as they look to recruit a Paid Media Manager (PPC/Paid Social) to develop tactical and strategic Paid Media activity including campaign management, budget spend and performance across Paid Search Google Ads, Bing and Paid Social channels such as Facebook Manager, Instagram and Twitter. Paid Media Manager role overview: Working within a fast-paced and creative environment where no two days are the same, as part of the marketing team, your role will be to support and deliver paid media marketing campaigns across the businesses key acquisition channels. Within the role you will be exposed to a multiple of channels. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is obsessed with all things digital. It is essential that you have a creative and analytical mind and can spot potential performance trends from a mile off. Working within the marketing, brand and ecommerce teams, you will report to Managing Director, working in collaboration with the Head of Design & Brand. The ideal candidate will be data driven and analytical and as an expert in the paid media channel, you will take ownership of PPC, Paid Social and related data analysis. Key Accountabilities: Implementing and managing highly effective campaign strategies with focus on Paid Search, Paid Media, Retargeting and Display and some Organic Media activity Working towards and understanding clear strategic business KPI’s i.e. ROAS, AOV, Conversion Rate etc. Analysing performance and identifying opportunities for growth. Giving regular performance updates to stakeholders all the way up the business. Scheduling and understanding regular performance and insight reports. Keeping up to date with the latest digital & industry trends. Use test results to make smart business decisions. Skills and experience: The ideal candidate will come from a fast paced, digital marketing environment and will have gained experience in a comparable role Internally (B2C, eCommerce) or within a digital agency. You will have experience of working within and coordinating activity across the different areas of the digital landscape and have a good track record of creating and managing campaigns budgets. We are looking for an ambitious self-starter with ability to multi-task, and able to communicate effectively at all levels with an inquisitive and innovative approach. A min of 3 years or more dedicated experience creating, running Paid and Organic Media campaigns across many search engines with experience using paid search management and tracking tools. An understanding of automated bidding solutions and custom AdWords scripts. Excellent understanding of paid search best practice and working knowledge and/or strong interest in other media channels especially SEO Strong analytical skills and the ability to process and interpret large amounts of complex data with advanced Excel. Creative and out-of-the-box thinker with big ideas and ambitious growth plans. A self-starter who thrives in a result driven, creative environment. Strong organizational skills with an accurate eye for detail. Experience working with budgets, targets and KPIs.
