COMPANY DESCRIPTION Our client helps office managers maintain a tidy office and keep company data secure. In short, they offer to store company records at their secure storage facilities and give you the ability to manage them from your office. They operate 5 main warehouses within the Swindon area storing 1.5m archives boxes for 500 mainly central London based clients such as solicitors, accountants, production companies, architects. JOB DESCRIPTION The successful candidate will be working directly with the owner and chief salesman, the digital marketing manager and the archives manager. This is an Account Manager vacancy, with NO COLD CALLING. Duties include; Communicating with their 500 clients via email initially Gathering outstanding contact details for future up-selling opportunities Gap analysis to identify which clients are not using various services. Introducing new services via email to clients like on-line booking, scanning, or destruction services Making appointments for Archives manager to carry out training for on-line booking Distributing web enquiries to the relevant salesperson Working with digital marketing manager to devise monthly sales emails, changing the theme each month You would work on the email content (with assistance from colleagues) and the digital marketing manager will send out. Managing enquiries from the emails, circa 5 per month, and forward to the appropriate contact in the office. Updating and inputting records of all contact made on the content management package Researching prospective clients through a variety of resources including trade press, local media, websites and internal databases WHO FITS THE BILL This job would suit someone looking to progress in the digital world and someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, who may be looking to start their own business - 4 staff have gone on to become very successful in their own businesses.
