Overview
Currently looking for a Senior UX Designer for my client who were rated one of Linkedin’s top companies to work for in 2019. Role: Senior UX Designer Location: Central London. Status: Permanent Salary: Up to £80K It is a standalone role, the first within the team so you must be a 'doer’ and work in an environment where you cannot delegate tasks. They need somebody with strong UX Skills, with strong UI criteria, versatile and able to understand design from a surface perspective. It’s not just about crafting the UX or the UI, but somebody who actually understands all the steps of the process and can work on UX, UI and can show some criteria. You need to have a great looking portfolio that catches the eye at first sight and shows different kind of works, not just UX, not just UI, not just branding… but a bit of all. That’s the only way to ensure they’re hiring someone who understands the full design process. When working on the UX, its important to always keep in mind the UI part. And also the coding part. They need somebody who knows all of this, so all of their work will always keep in mind the rest of the process.
