Overview
Your new company This Residential Home Building company is looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager on a 9-12 month contract to join their growing London team. This company is located in the City of London supported by excellent transport links. You will have the opportunity to work with a well known company in the property industry and further develop your skills in this senior marketing role. Your new role As a Senior Marketing Manager you will be working with the internal team and managing outside agencies in order to develop marketing strategy with a focus on creating measurable outcomes. You will needs to have a strong brand understanding and be able to implement this within the companies target audience, creating campaigns and external comms that communicate this effectively in the market. What you'll need to succeed You will have at least 5 years' experience in a core marketing, your most previous role being in the residential property industry. You must have experience in both B2B and B2C marketing within property. You must be able to present examples of the marketing strategy you have created in order to drive measurable outcomes for your company. What you'll get in return In return, you will be paid a salary between £45,000 - £55,000 (pro rata) depending on experience. You will work in well known national organisation and get to be part of the growth of the company.
