Overview
Lending Strategy Analyst London Up to £55,000 One of the UK's fastest growing Fin-Techs are seeking a Lending Strategy Analyst to drive continued growth of their fast-paced and exciting lending Portfolio. Excellent stakeholder and Analytical skills are required as the role involves using data to grow the size and profitability of the portfolio within risk appetite, whilst also liaising with senior management and internal teams. You'll own the design, development and implementation of these lending strategies, using SQL, R, Python. THE BUSINESS Join a highly regarded Business Analysis function covering data and analytics across Credit Risk, Pricing, Marketing and NPV models. THE ROLE: Analyse large data sets using SQL, Python to drive provide actionable insights and value-add Drive data-based strategic initiatives for an exciting, fast-paced retail banking portfolio Use the Net Present Value (NPV) pricing model to set prices across business channels Own targeting strategies, working with Marketing and Partnerships teams to drive acquisition Analyse portfolio credit performance, understanding currents trends, risks and opportunities Liaise with internal teams and senior management, having input in Group Risk direction YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES: Achieved a minimum 2:1 in a mathematical degree from a Russell group University of similar Excellent A-levels required in numerate subjects Strong stakeholder engagement skills required Experience driving decision making through data, analysis and financial modelling within FS Experience in a Strategic Analyst or Commercial or Lending Strategy role for a consumer banking portfolio Experience using SQL, Python or similar tools THE BENEFITS: £55,000 10% pension 25 holiday days with an additional 1 each year for first 3 years Extremely competitive benefits package Private Insurance Pension scheme Flexible and remote working Opportunity to work with a growing brand Established route to management HOW TO APPLY: Email your CV or use the apply feature on this page KEY SKILLS: Credit Risk Analysis, Portfolio Analysis, SAS, SQL, Python, Retail Banking, Strategy, Commercial, Acquisitions Strategy, Collections Strategy, Existing Customer Management, Credit Risk Strategies, Optimisation, Insights, Customer Analytics, Pricing Strategies, NPV, Customer Lifetime Value
