I am looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist ideally with healthcare experience. Job Overview I have a fantastic opportunity within the charity and healthcare sector. my client are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to increase the impact and reach of their online content & presence. naturally this will increase brand reputation, grow memberships and increase fundraising, influence and recruitment of paid and unpaid personnel. You will accomplish this by planning, designing and actioning creative and attractive digital content, as well as assessing and ensuring the website is optimised to give an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. Communication with stake holders is vital to make sure the campaign goal is clear and concise you will be building internal and external relationships which can include 3rd parties. Main duties- not limited to: Plan, design, implement digital content and campaigns to support key areas of the business Maintain website & microsites- delivery and development of engaging content Monitor & deliver best possible SEO results and conversion rate performance Actively identifying sector leading marketing opportunities Producing engaging & effective content such as blogs, vlogs and thought leadership articles to attract and retain users of digital touchpoints Maintenance of the charity's digital communication platforms (website and social media) create original, engaging and high quality multimedia content to use across digital channels to maximise engagement this could include short videos, animations, photographs, infographics and audio Act as an expert user of content management systems, you should be able to troubleshoot and suggest content and functionality improvements to external website development agency Ideally you will have experience in: Developing and delivering digital plans to significantly uplift reach and engagement Writing and editing digital content across web, email and social media Delivering organic SEO growth Adobe Creative Suite E.G Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop (graphic design skills) Demonstrable experience of using social media platforms including scheduling and cross-posting in a engaging and professional manner Using social media and website analytical tools to monitor and refine/develop plans Influencing stakeholders, senior managers and teams Creating and delivering a 'digital first' culture in a digitally inexperienced organisation Desirable qualifications/education Educated to Degree level experience working in a multi-site organisation Please note: The successful candidate will be subject to background checks
