The Role : You will be responsible for helping the paid media department create, manage and implement the paid media strategy for all clients, with passion for paid search and paid social. Developing and improving the paid media service, bringing knowledge and sharing expertise within our clients and team, alongside coaching and mentoring team members. Build strong client relationships and answer questions on their digital marketing campaigns Managing paid search/social digital marketing campaigns from strategy to implementation Analysing keyword and audience data by using online tools, Google Analytics and Excel spreadsheets to produce insights Creating paid search/ paid social digital marketing strategies and campaign plans to achieve client objectives including increasing traffic, engagement, leads and sales Ongoing paid search/paid social digital marketing campaign research, testing and optimisation to maximise campaign effectiveness and success Presenting campaign results, insights and plans in written reports and PowerPoint presentations back to clients What we’re looking for Experience in Digital Marketing - paid search and paid social Over 2 years’ experience in paid search digital marketing within an agency Experience in achieving astounding paid search and paid social digital marketing campaign results and communicating performace to client Google Ads Search Certification Experience in managing multiple client/partner relationships and presenting to them Strong listening, questioning, problem solving and analytical skills Ability to interpret and explain complex data A love of dogs and marmite is desired but not essential
