SENIOR INSIGHT ANALYST SLOUGH £50,000-£65,000 THE COMPANY This organisation is one of the leading media organisations in the UK. They provide television and broadband services. They have an advanced analytic team and are looking for someone with excellent data knowledge to come on board and lead projects. THE ROLE As a Senior Insight Analyst, you will play a crucial role in communicating analysis plans to add value to the brand. Some of your main responsibilities will be: Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team - leading on analytic projects. Analyse customer behaviour and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Work collaboratively across teams to target customer effectively and efficiently. Produce reports and ensure they are delivered to a high standard. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE A successful Senior Insight Analyst will have: Strong coding skills, having used SQL commercial environment. Experience of building propensity models and/or customer segmentations would be ideal. Has extremely strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate data into effective and influential insight. A university degree in a STEM subject.
