Job Title: Marketing Recruitment Manager Duration : 6 months FTC - Ajilon Consultant (See below) Location: Bristol Start: ASAP Salary: £Strong PAYE salary plus extensive benefits (as below) Role purpose This role will be part of a team who lead, design, develop and execute the client's global talent acquisition strategy. The role holder will work in partnership with the recruitment delivery teams, brand, marketing, and communications, to translate the current and future demands across all geographies into recruitment marketing strategies that are commercially sound and operationally deliver results. The role holder will bring best in class digital marketing solutions to help nurture a healthy, diverse pipeline of talent at all levels. And to design and implement an online and offline candidate experience that is effective and brand enhancing. Responsibilities Understand, plan and execute appropriate sourcing and marketing methods to attract the right volume and diverse mix of applicants to our Retail stores, with specific action plans for regions that require a more targeted approach to balance gender diversity. Increase social media engagement from women through active recruitment campaigns, community management, and events. Building an internal network of diversity ambassadors within Retail, to produce content for social media and external website/channels. Measure success (e.g. reach, conversion ratio, application rates). Produce relevant MI to manage the relevant stakeholder relationships on the performance of the attraction campaigns. Working with Retail Talent Acquisition to understand pipeline at regional level and implement tactical plans to generate new and diverse pipelines. Working in partnership with recruitment marketing suppliers (ThirtyThree) where appropriate in the delivery and execution of inbound and campaign activity, e.g. SEO, PPC Social & Content Marketing Remarketing & Email Job boards, aggregators, CV databases Outdoor (front line roles) & Campus activity Sourcing tools Skills Required Strong recruitment marketing, and communications experience Background in B2C marketing experience with specific experience of marketing gender-specific brands/products. Experience in long-tail lead generation, hosting events and building engagement with audiences (rather than direct response marketing experience) Deep understanding of the latest marketing tools, channels and methods available to a modern talent acquisition function Track record of achievement within a large, complex organisation Ajilon Consultant You will be an integral part of Ajilon (Adecco), a FTSE500 Global organisation with over 52 clients and sole supplier to the biggest organisations in the country and the world.
