Overview

Proximity Recruitment are searching for a pro-active Marketing Executive to join a growing, challenger brand near Crick in Northamptonshire. The client works with a wide range of organisations across the UK, Europe and North America. With an expanding customer base ranging from small emerging businesses, to major plc’s, across the commercial and non-profit sectors. The Marketing Executive role has been newly created as they look to increase their internal marketing capability and skills, and you’ll be joining them as they enter an exciting period of product development and customer growth. As an in-house digital specialist, you will help shape and execute a robust marketing plan, working across all online marketing channels (including web, email, and social media) but also with an eye to the broader marketing mix (including direct mail and events). You will also have direct responsibility to develop and manage the marketing events that they run. Responsibilities include: Assist with the delivery of the digital marketing strategy and Content Plan, researching and exploring best practice in online marketing. Together with the SEO & PPC agency partners monitor success of online marketing. Assist with the Social Media Strategy and Plan. Update key social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) to the Social Media plan - working with internal customer-facing teams to drive engagement and build brand awareness. Manage the Event Plan and co-ordinate marketing activities to ensure smooth delivery. Undertake research to understand market trends and provide analysis of competitor activity. Contribute to reporting to provide monthly and periodic overview of marketing activity. Be a CRM Marketing champion. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be interested in developing your marketing career, be an analytical thinker who enjoys exercising their creative flair and working end-to-end across a range of projects and campaigns. You should be a self-motivated individual and possess good communication skills.
