Global Brand Manager, £45,000 - £50,000 Excellent Benefits including Private Health Care Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire What an amazing Brand to manage A heritage, high quality, innovative premier brand with a Global presence in the B2C market. The person will lead and deliver the Brand Strategy globally, working with the wider Marketing Team for support with execution. Key Stakeholders: Marketing Director and wider leadership team, Product Managers, Digital Marketing Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, Regional Sales and Marketing Teams, Distributors, Retailers, Agencies, Brand Ambassadors and Media Key Responsibilities: Establish brand guidelines and ensure communication of these across the organisation Act as the Brand Guardian, collaborating closely with regional offices to ensure that all marketing communications maintain brand integrity Develop brand strategies and robust, consumer tested value propositions, to entice new customer groups in to the brand across global market whilst retaining existing customers Leverage customer insight and market trends to evolve the brand positioning Monitor the market following competitors, new entrants, possibly threats and opportunities Write the strategic marketing communications plan aligned with the leadership team to deliver overall business goals Develop and execute consumer go to market plans with the in class assets including video, imagery adverts, and all artwork. Lead production of all assets and content, briefing, directing photographers, videographers and studio. Manage all 3rd party agency relationships Work with the digital marketing team to ensure communication with brand ambassadors remain strong and relevant.
