We are looking for an Account Executive who is equally as entrepreneurial and solutions orientated, and, just as importantly, fun-loving Key duties Team Leaders are integral to the growth of our business. They will live and breathe our vision and in doing so facilitate the personal growth and development of those around them. They will maintain a balance between billing and team management and will be fast-tracked towards Senior Management positions. Manages a £300k per annum team Leads through own example and fee generation Achieves budgeted revenue and hiring targets. Sets objectives in line with team and wider business goals and ensures they are delivered Devises successful recruitment strategies Runs daily team meetings in line with agreed business plans Ensures all processes and compliance procedures are followed Attracts, retains and succession plans successful billing Consultants Manages a balance of strategic objectives and team focus Evaluates and manages performance levels in line with company expectations Prepares and runs training sessions as required by the team and wider business Works with Directors in delivering Just IT Recruitments Company Vision and People Development Goals Delivers headcount in line with people planning budgets Ensures we deliver agreed core activity ratios Skills required Adds tangible value to the business Exceeding own revenue expectations - in the green zone Credibility in the delivery of sales training Leads on initiatives and operates with minimum instruction Delivery of team business plans & goals Delivers strong ratios for self and team Has developed independent thinkers within teams Excellent Inter-personal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to deal with lots of different types of clients in a professional manner Desire to learn and execute detailed operational plans Working Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite Diplomatic and Intelligent communicator Company overview Since 2001 Just IT has helped over 6000 people launch their careers in the Tech and Digital industries and supported their further development with our blend of training and recruitment services.
