Overview

Role As (Senior) Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of both corporate and development marketing, this would typically include: Corporate branding Internal/external comms Development marketing & branding Off line & Online marketing Social/digital management Show-homes, marketing suites and signage Appointment, briefing and management of external agencies (creative, PR etc) Ensuring the smooth and timely throughput of workflow Effectively, you will be responsible for all aspects of the corporate & development marketing function. Reporting into the Group Sales & Marketing Director you will be given the leadership required but also given the freedom to develop your career. Company My client is a major, mixed-use developer that operates across the North West, they develop highly complex, multi-million pound schemes that are highly recognisable and sought after. Their growth has been impressive and they are keen to sustainably continue this growth adding in extra expertise and experience where required. Person We are keen to identify and secure a highly passionate, motived and creative Senior/Marketing Manager. You are highly organised, an excellent communicator and have circa 5 years experience within a high-quality B2C marketing environment. You are able to identify and appoint the right agency to fulfil the brief and ensure that they keep on track. Whilst a marketing qualification would be desirable my client is open-minded to also consider non-qualified marketing professionals who can evidence their skills through their work. You are well versed in social/digital marketing and have a broad appreciation of the various routes to market as well as being an "early-adopter" of new methods.
